Qualified and trained to work with individuals, teams and organisations/systems (MA, Consulting to the Organisation - Systems: Psychoanalytic 2007). Sarah has a clinical background in emergency care and was a corporate nurse London for many years.
A change agent, leading many system wide and national change projects. In 2007 as well as setting up Prism, Sarah founded her own company VeinTrain, to improve practice globally. Winning a showcase in 2018 at the World Innovation Summit for Health, Qatar.. One of only 20 companies chosen due to having an innovation which can impact on healthcare globally. Sarah worked with groups for a year as a PBL Facilitator at the University of Nottingham, Medical School (GEM). Additionally she is a visiting lecturer at the Tavistock, for the MA in Consulting in Leading in Organisations, as well as continuing to attend conferences and events to keep up to date theoretically. Sarah currently holds the position of Culture and Improvement Lead for the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board.
Working with practitioners, leaders, followers helping individuals who have public roles and taking up ones own authority and leadership in a way that influences the world around them. Recent Executive Coaching?ORA work includes working with marketing leads, NHS Directors, Surgeons, public figures in Afghanistan, Syrian clinicians. Mentoring students an EDI project led by Laverne Antrobus at the Tavistock.
Sarah believes work should be challenging but not painful - for long at least. Taking a whole system approach, with whatever part of the organisation is brought into sessions. Helping clients to become stubborn optimists in what they truly believe in; resilient to challenge, while realistic about what is possible. Annie Moy is a London-based organisational consultant with over 20 years’ experience as a solicitor and partner in a nationally-recognised law firm. With a law degree from Oxford, Annie has held senior leadership positions as a solicitor in both the public and private sectors, where she developed a deep understanding of the barriers to achieving cultural change.
Annie works collaboratively with teams and organisations to help them achieve an improvement in workplace well-being, greater team effectiveness and a better insight into group functioning.
Annie uses group-based discussion and observation to gain an understanding of the challenges facing an organisation. Through reflecting with the group, Annie helps the organisation find new perspectives on their difficulties, with the aim of enabling successful organisational development. Annie is completing an MA in organisational consulting with the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust.
