1:1 sessions using an Organisational Role Analysis style of executive coaching. They are online and/or in-person. These are live 360 style meetings thanks to systems psychodynamic appraoch. We can also add on and incorporate diagonstics such as Hogan. We begin with a discovery session, and close with an impact session so you can stride forward using all you have understood.

We can work virtually using zoom or physically in consulting rooms around the UK or onsite. Sessions are typically 1 hour 15 for 1:1 or 2 hours for groups.
We recommend 3 sessions minimum and once the coaching relationship is established we can be booked for urgent additional sessions.
We are based in Dubai, Nottingham and London but access rooms nationally and happy to travel to clients with costs covered.
