All Prism associates are highly qualified and experienced in leadership development. Our principal consultants are trained in the Tavistock Tradition in Systems Psychodynamics, which encompasses psychoanalysis, psychodynamics, social anthropology, complexity theory, action research, open systems theory, systems thinking, and socio-technical systems (STS). This aligns with the evolving leadership development landscape .

We work with your whole organisation mind always. Together we understand what is really going on at work, paying attention to what is just under the surface, sometimes called the unconscious. The wider context always in mind, considering the wide perspective using a whole systems approach. Prism consultants love what they do and are fascinated by work, interconnecting systems and what clients bring. Attending events regularly that are relevant to their clients.
Sarah is a member of International Institute for the Pyschoanalystic Study of Organisations and offers executive coaching and works with teams and groups for organisational interventions.
Who and what do we work with?
We work with leaders, managers, professionals new to role or during transformation or crisis. Those keen to bring out the best in themselves and their team will see their future as positively realistic.
We work globally and open a different diary access for different time zones (just ask).
Clients are not sector specific and may be from various specialiities and roles in integrated care systems, marketing, health and care, education, law, IT, entrepreneurs, creatives as well as public figures.
Some specialist projects include working with leaders in conflict zones such as Afghanistan and Syria. Global leadership, women at work, returning to work, retirement, bullying, scapegoating, empathetic dynamic male leaders, transcending through trauma. Formal mentorship. Supervision and mentoring for students undertaking leadership training. Clients from all backgrounds include followers and leaders. Clients often arrive by word of mouth, contracts with larger projects following Organisation Role Analysis or referrals. We partner with colleagues for whole system/organisation project.

Sarah Phillip's company VeinTrain won a showcase in 2018 for her own innovation which has taken a specialist wicked problem and found a solution. What was once only possible on dreict delivery is now available globally to all, combatting the problem of high failure rates in these much needed skills. Recently moving into population health to understand the prevalence of disease in war zones and vulnerable parts of our world.

Based at the Integrated Care Board In Nottingham and Nottinghamshire starting as Culture and Improvement Lead in 2022
