Sarah is a member of International Society for the Pyschoanalystic Study of Organisations and offers executive coaching using Organisational Role Analysis and is a transfomration specialist working with teams, and whole systems.

We work globally and open a different diary access for different time zones (just ask).
Clients are not sector specific and may be from various specialiities and roles in integrated care systems, marketing, health and care, education, law, IT, entrepreneurs, creatives as well as public figures.
Some specialist projects include working with leaders in conflict zones such as Afghanistan and Syria. Global leadership, women at work, returning to work, retirement, bullying, scapegoating, empathetic dynamic male leaders, transcending through trauma. Formal mentorship. Supervision and mentoring for students undertaking leadership training. Clients from all backgrounds include followers and leaders. Clients often arrive by word of mouth, contracts with larger projects following Organisation Role Analysis or referrals. We partner with colleagues for whole system/organisation project.
Sarah Phillip's company VeinTrain won a showcase in 2018 for her own innovation which has taken a specialist wicked problem and found a solution. What was once only possible on dreict delivery is now available globally to all, combatting the problem of high failure rates in these much needed skills. Recently moving into population health to understand the prevalence of disease in war zones and vulnerable parts of our world.

Sarah Phillips had a two year contract at the Integrated Care Board In Nottingham and Nottinghamshire starting as Culture and Improvement Lead and then Talent and Leadership Subject Matter Expert. This exciting role was at the inception of Integrated Care System of 70,000 colleagues. She worked with the whole system to enable transformation working on multiple projects, with mulitple partners and sectors. She led on the co-design of the Talent and Leadership Strategy, and intiatives in leadership development and organisational design.
