Whether you seek insight into current complexities or wish to understand recurring patterns—whether in yourself or a colleague—we can support you. Together, we uncover what is really happening, enabling you to build on your strengths while becoming aware of how your behaviour impacts others, as well as how others influence you.
If you’re entering a new phase in your role or career, or if your organisation is undergoing change, Prism offers a safe and confidential space to explore your work. This process helps you develop greater awareness of your thoughts and feelings and what these reveal about your organisation, your teams, and the wider system.
All Prism associates are highly qualified and experienced in leadership development. Our principal consultants are trained in the Tavistock Tradition of Systems Psychodynamics, integrating psychoanalysis, psychodynamics, social anthropology, complexity theory, action research, open systems theory, systems thinking, and socio-technical systems (STS). This comprehensive approach aligns with the evolving landscape of leadership development.
